What is Office 365?

Office 365 is the brand name used by Microsoft for a group of software and services that provides productivity software to its subscribers.

Why should I use the Office 365 integration?

Lower the time spent to manually manage groups, improve security with your office credentials and speed up the onboarding time of your new users.

What about Active Directory?

The Officevibe application is deployed in Azure Active Directory, a sub-feature of Office 365. Ask your IT administrator to sync your local Active Directory in Azure Active Directory and you will be able to use the Officevibe integration without having Office 365 subscriptions for your users.

What data is used?

We will get the Office 365 groups to import in Officevibe groups and we are getting the user information to remove an extra step when onboarding users (email, picture, first name, last name & job title). We don’t keep any data that is not displayed to the user.
